coachery provides leadership coaching, team development, and advisory support. Coaching is a structured, reflective process designed to support clarity, growth, and purposeful action. It is not therapy, counselling, or medical advice. Outcomes are shaped by the quality of engagement, not prescribed or guaranteed.
3. Entering an Engagement
You agree that:

You must be 18 years or older to use our services.
4. Bookings, Fees, and Payment
Sessions and engagements are scheduled by agreement.

Payment terms will be agreed at the point of booking or contracting

Timely payment is required to maintain continuity of service
Where payment is delayed or outstanding, coachery reserves the right to pause services.
5. Rescheduling and Cancellations
We recognise that schedules shift. In return, we ask for consideration.

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel a session

Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged in full
We will extend the same professionalism and flexibility where we need to reschedule.

The quality of coaching is shaped by the quality of participation. You agree to:

7. Confidentiality
Confidentiality sits at the core of our work. Personal information and discussions within coaching sessions are treated with care and discretion. Limits to confidentiality may apply where:

Where an organisation sponsors coaching, we will establish clear, transparent boundaries at the outset regarding what is—and is not—shared.
8. Intellectual Property
Our tools, frameworks, and materials reflect considered design and experience. They remain the intellectual property of coachery and are provided for your personal or organisational development. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or commercialised without prior written consent.
9. Responsibility and Liability
Coaching supports insight and action—it does not replace personal responsibility. To the extent permitted by New Zealand law:
